Those year at Transair was for me the most rewarding and happy time in my entire life, so far. And as an 16 year old youngster just received my brand new wellstocked toolbox and a huge DC-7 right at my feet, Whoooow what could be better. The Sun was always shining upon the Airfield the lovely song from starshaped piston engines and the Skylarks warble in the sky is my strongest memory never forgoten and properbly never biten of anything I can came up with or think of.
